EU officially reopened its embassy in Kabul

KABUL: The EU Delegation in Afghanistan on Thursday officially established its embassy with permanent presence in Kabul and practically commenced the operation. Abdul Qahar Balkhi, spokesperson of Afghan Foreign Ministry, the embassy was reopened as a result of consecutive meetings between Taliban Government officials and representatives of EU in Afghanistan.
